The Impact You'll Make:
As a Suttle Automotive Technician in Virginia, you'll be more than a technician-you'll be a trusted problem-solver for drivers who depend on Suttle to repair their vehicles every day. You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain everything from family SUVs to high-end luxury & performance vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and peak performance. Your expertise will directly impact customers' lives and the reputation of our service department across the state.
What You'll Do:
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of General Motors vehicles using state-of-the-art tools and equipment.
• Work with advanced diagnostic systems to pinpoint issues quickly and accurately.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians and service advisors to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training in emerging automotive technologies, including EV and hybrid systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
What You'll Bring:
• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience (ASE certifications a plus).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with modern repair tools, scan tools, and service software.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• A valid driver's license and a passion for the automotive industry.
