Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair all makes and models, from routine maintenance to complex driveability issues
- Identify root cause rather than parts-swapping—we handle the "head-scratcher" jobs other shops give up on
- Perform Virginia State Inspections
- Communicate findings clearly to service writers and customers
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive repair and diagnostics
- ASE certifications preferred; Virginia State Inspector license a plus
- Own set of tools required
- Reliable, strong work ethic, problem-solver mindset
