We have productivity goals for our technicians, and at this skill level, we will expect a minimum of 32-40 billable hours per week. It's our job to have that work coming in the door - it's your job to do great work that customers can rely on to know their car is in safe, reliable condition and serviced with excellence. ASE Certifications are highly valued here, and we encourage and help our technicians to grow in their professional goals.
