Roberts Toyota has been family-owned and operated since 1971, with Roberts family members still working onsite alongside managers and staff more than five decades later. The dealership is located at 1027 Nashville Highway in Columbia, Tennessee, serving Brentwood, Nolensville, Spring Hill, and the broader area south of Nashville.

The dealership hires across all experience levels, from A-Level and B-Level technicians through Master Certified techs, with or without prior Toyota experience, since Toyota experience is a plus but not required. Factory training and travel costs are fully covered, along with ASE certification costs for technicians who pass. An onsite shop foreman specifically works with lower-level technicians to help them advance to higher certification levels.
