Corwin Ford Tri-Cities is part of the Corwin Automotive Group, a multi-state dealer group with over 100 years in the business and 11 locations across Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, and Missouri. The Pasco store serves the Tri-Cities area of eastern Washington, covering Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland.

The service department offers strong compensation: technicians earn between $60,000 and $130,000 annually, with top performers reaching the higher end through warranty bonuses and performance pay. The shop guarantees 40 hours per week, which matters for flag-rate techs in slower markets. Prior Ford experience is preferred but not required. The dealership will help new techs earn Ford certification through paid, ongoing training.
