Judge Thomas H. Barkdul found Mike Alich and BSR, Inc., liable for violating the Uniform Trade Secrets Act. "Improper means" includes theft, bribery, misrepresentation, breach or inducement of a breach of duty to maintain secrecy, or espionage through electronic or other means...

Since NeedTechs.com sued Mike Alich and won, he sought retribution by publishing web pages designed to slander NeedTechs name and reputation.
